  • You are signed up for any of our courses.
  • You reach out to us with a question.
  • You visit our website and accept the use of cookies.

Clarendo AB has shared responsibility for clients’ personal data when:

  • You as a client add employees and members of staff as users in TIM.
  • You as a client add information about employees, clients or subcontractors to TIM.

If you have any inquiries regarding how we handle personal data in these types of situations, it is primarily the data controller in our clients’ organization you should turn to.

In situations where we are responsible for clients’ personal data, we work with subcontractors that manage this data for us.

What are your rights?

You have the right to have your personal data, which is stored by us, changed if it is incorrect, incomplete or misleading. You have the right to have your personal data erased – but erasure of personal data cannot be done if it is needed to fulfill the agreement, if Swedish or European authorities or judiciaries demand otherwise, or if it is based on the weighing of interests. If you have any issues regarding Clarendo’s treatment of your personal data, you have the right to file a complaint to the Swedish regulatory authority, which at present is Datainspektionen (The Swedish Data Protection Authority).
